I would like to thank Ryan and Danielle for making the selling of my home stress free. I had a circumstance arrive that made it imperative to sell my house fast. Ryan met with me and assured me that everything was going to be fine, and it was. They made me an offer, and stuck to that offer. They didn't try to cheat me out of my house, or offer less at closing. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to close on the house I was selling, and the house I was buying the same day. If I had any questions or concerns, they were there to explain everything, and were very patient and caring. I can't thank them enough for everything.

HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh helped me finally close a long chapter of trying to sell!After 2 previous realtor attempts to sell the home failed over the past 3 years, I decided to change strategy. I reached out to HBP and quickly was able to get in touch with their team. Brad and I had a professional and open phone call to review the property and general finances. My friend has vision problems so they arranged a notary to come to us to sign the final papers. I give them a 5 star rating.

Quick, stress free process! Danielle was so attentive and was able to answer every question we threw at her quickly. I don’t know how to even begin saying how thankful I am for Ryan, Danielle, and the rest of the team.
