I would like to thank Ryan and Danielle for making the selling of my home stress free. I had a circumstance arrive that made it imperative to sell my house fast. Ryan met with me and assured me that everything was going to be fine, and it was. They made me an offer, and stuck to that offer. They didn't try to cheat me out of my house, or offer less at closing. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to close on the house I was selling, and the house I was buying the same day. If I had any questions or concerns, they were there to explain everything, and were very patient and caring. I can't thank them enough for everything.

HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh helped me finally close a long chapter of trying to sell!

After 2 previous realtor attempts to sell the home failed over the past 3 years, I decided to change strategy. I reached out to HBP and quickly was able to get in touch with their team. Brad and I had a professional and open phone call to review the property and general finances. This call was really informative, no-pressure, and helped me weigh all the options, including other paths that did not involve selling to HBP.

Once I made the decision to proceed, Ryan L was very proactive in starting the process, and was also willing to work with me to iron out several negotiables along the way.

Danielle was my main contact thru the paperwork / pre-closing process, and she was always very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Really impressed with their professionalism, willingness to communicate and answer questions at any point, and effort in making the process as smooth as possible.

My friend has vision problems so they arranged a notary to come to us to sign the final papers. I give them a 5 star rating.

Quick, stress free process! Danielle was so attentive and was able to answer every question we threw at her quickly. Start to finish they made it no work on our part, always coming to us vs us going to them, and kept their word on no out of pocket expenses and gave us a very fair price for the house we sold .

I don’t know how to even begin saying how thankful I am for Ryan, Danielle, and the rest of the team. I’ve been looking to sell my grandmas house which needed a ton of work done to it that I would never have been able to afford. We made the decision to move due to my husband’s job, but also to better our life as a family. The only issue was trying to sell the old house. Just closed today with Dustin, the whole process was as smooth as it could be.I would recommend to everyone to call Dustin before a real estate agent from kurt to Dustin to Wynonna to pv settlement, never had to leave home, Dustin uses docusign, can sign from home. I would give 10 stars, I thank you guys

I definitely suggest checking out urban capital, the houses they have been doing in Pittsburgh are next level and so beautiful.
